Just do it - a phrase that more people should learn

Sometimes people talk and talk and never gets to the point. You get annoyed, stressed and spend resources on nothing, at least it feels that way.

You think "Just do it!" because you cannot see any real result of what their doing. The problem here is two, you have not been clear about what methods should be used on your companies and the persons do not realize that they are annoying people.

To get a solution to this (thats annoying and stressing you), have a meeting with the person(s) that is the problem in your mind (it is sometimes a problem and sometimes not) and be clear about two things (that was the problems):

1. The method you use at your company in producing the services or products.
2. Everyone needs to understand the implications of their behaviour and often this is best explained in economic figures.

And remember, just do it
